I called RE/MAX. I told them I needed someone good to sell my house. They sent Terry to my door. He looked like a young kid but I quickly learned he had a lot of experience. Hammock Lakes at Viera East is a medium sized development in the area with 126 single family homes. Some home sites enjoy a waterfront lake view while the rest have a preserve. Unfortunately, the community does not have a local pool. Shopping and dining are close by. The Suseda community park is close by with a playground for the kids. Covered pavilion. Restrooms. Green areas. Tons of walking trails. Interstate 95 access is just around the corner. Very close to The Avenue Town Center for shopping and dining.
