Terry is such a gem and sweet heart. Selling my house was a difficult process due to past relationships and court orders. There were many times I wanted to just cancel everything but Terry spent an enormous amount of time during this transaction to speak logic and reason to me so that I could know what was in my best interest. Hammock Lakes at Viera East is a medium sized development in the area with 126 single family homes. Some home sites enjoy a waterfront lake view while the rest have a preserve. Unfortunately, the community does not have a local pool. Shopping and dining are close by. The Suseda community park is close by with a playground for the kids. Covered pavilion. Restrooms. Green areas. Tons of walking trails. Interstate 95 access is just around the corner. Very close to The Avenue Town Center for shopping and dining.
