We called Terry from his web site. We needed a rental to move to from Tennessee. We wanted to start fresh in Florida. Terry was able to secure a rental for us sight unseen. Terry personally went to the property, took pictures, and gave us an honest evaluation. We paid for the rental and moved in a week later We were not disappointed one bit with the canal pool home. Hammock Lakes at Viera East is a medium sized development in the area with 126 single family homes. Some home sites enjoy a waterfront lake view while the rest have a preserve. Unfortunately, the community does not have a local pool. Shopping and dining are close by. The Suseda community park is close by with a playground for the kids. Covered pavilion. Restrooms. Green areas. Tons of walking trails. Interstate 95 access is just around the corner. Very close to The Avenue Town Center for shopping and dining.
