We came upon hard times with our mortgage. Our bank told us to contact Terry so we could do a short sale. Terry sold our house and found us a rental. Terry stayed in touch with us over the next five years. Terry was there in 2019 to help us buy our next house since we got our finances back in order. Hammock Lakes at Viera East is a medium sized development in the area with 126 single family homes. Some home sites enjoy a waterfront lake view while the rest have a preserve. Unfortunately, the community does not have a local pool. Shopping and dining are close by. The Suseda community park is close by with a playground for the kids. Covered pavilion. Restrooms. Green areas. Tons of walking trails. Interstate 95 access is just around the corner. Very close to The Avenue Town Center for shopping and dining.
