We met Terry and discussed we needed a special house. We have a special needs child who is an expert escape artist. So we needed a house that was safe for them yet would not allow them to quickly escape before we could catch them. After looking at 15 houses, we found the perfect floor plan. Hammock Lakes at Viera East is a medium sized development in the area with 126 single family homes. Some home sites enjoy a waterfront lake view while the rest have a preserve. Unfortunately, the community does not have a local pool. Shopping and dining are close by. The Suseda community park is close by with a playground for the kids. Covered pavilion. Restrooms. Green areas. Tons of walking trails. Interstate 95 access is just around the corner. Very close to The Avenue Town Center for shopping and dining.
