Hammock Trace at Viera East is a medium sized development in the area with 193 single family homes. Hammock Trace does have a spacious community pool. Shopping and dining are close by. The Suseda community park is close by with a playground for the kids. Covered pavilion. Restrooms. Green areas. Tons of walking trails. Interstate 95 access is just around the corner. Very close to The Avenue Town Center for shopping, dining, and entertaining options.
